Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

  • There is no exchange or refund for any items purchased on sale.
  • Returns must be sent back within 5 working days of receiving.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This must include a tracked courier service.

REFUND POLICY

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will need to provide your Bank Account details for processing a refund. If we are unable to provide a refund (based off your chosen payment method), we will issue a Store Credit.
  • Store Credits are valid for 30 days from the time the Credit is issued.
  • Please consider that refunds can take up to 30 Working Days to process from the date we receive your return.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you receive a damaged/faulty item, we want to resolve this immediately. Please reach out to me personally on 'gb.rhiannon@gmail.com' so we can discuss what has happened and sort out a solution.

DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If we can see the item or packaging has been deliberately tampered with and/or damaged, Glory Bee reserve the right to reject the return. The item's MUST be in sellable condition.
  • We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
