Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping at Glory Bee! We're so excited to share the confidence, comfort and colour with YOU!

Our Processing Time can take up to 3 working days. Keep in mind, during busier periods, orders may take slightly longer to process.

NOTE - If placed over a weekend/public holiday, your order will be processed from the following business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Your Delivery Time will be between 2 to 5 working days from the dispatch date. Please allow up to 8 working days for your order to arrive before reaching out.

NOTE - Delays can occur as a result of weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions.

When Tracking Your Order, you’ll receive an email when your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number which you can track through our website or directly with the courier.

Glory Bee ships with TradeMe which are partnered with Aramex and NZ Post.

All items Purchased on Sale include NO exchanges or refunds as stated in our Returns Policy.

If your package becomes Lost or Damaged during transit, please contact us ASAP. If your item has been 'delivered' but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the courier service first. And if no luck, let us know so we can get it resolved.
